DO YOU HAVE SIZING INFORMATION?

We try to include as much accurate sizing information for each product as possible. Reference the size charts to help determine your size when ordering. If you are between sizes or need assistance selecting the proper size, please contact Customer Service by email.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Excluding holidays and weekends, shipping USUALLY takes between 1-3business days. Delivery for domestic is 5-9 business days and 7-14 business days for international orders which includes processing time.

Due to high volume there is a possibility items may become out of stock. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.  *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

CAN I ORDER BY PHONE?

You may order directly from our online website, or send us a text to (404) 513-6729 with a picture of the item (after ensuring that it is in stock) and the size.

 

ARE ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP FOR LOCALS?

 

If you are located in the Atlanta area, items are available for pickup. Contact staff through the business line (404)-513-6729.

 

ARE SALE ITEMS EXCHANGEABLE OR REFUNDABLE?

 

Unfortunately, we do not allow exchanges or refunds on sale/discounted items. All sale items are final.

I THINK MY PACKAGE WAS LOST OR STOLEN, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Belle Journeés is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered. No refunds will be issued for lost packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact usps at 1800-275-8777 to file a claim for the missing shipment.

MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED TO YOU, WHAT DO I DO NOW?

All packages returned to us due to an invalid address will be restocked  -- shipping charge not included. We are not able to reship an order without reshipping fees.

WHEN WILL YOU HAVE MORE APPAREL, SHOES AND ACCESSORIES?
